As our Director of Operations & Business Development, you’ll wear two important hats: ensuring our operations run with precision and driving the growth that fuels our future. You’ll oversee project execution, crew performance, and resource planning — while also developing relationships that expand our footprint and strengthen our brand.

This role is ideal for someone who can balance strategy with action — a leader who understands the importance of clear communication, strong partnerships, and taking decisive action when it matters.

Ideal candidate:

• Proven leadership in operations management, preferably in land, construction, or environmental services. 
• Experience in building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
• Skilled at coordinating people, schedules, and projects to deliver quality and efficiency
• A hands-on problem solver who leads by example and thrives in a fast-moving environment

Run equipment with skill and care—skid steer, excavator, and Jarraff tree-trimming equipment (or similar).  You’ll handle right-of-way trimming and mulching, land clearing, fire breaks, environmental enhancements, and more — managing trees and brush with care and leaving every site clean, safe, and ready for what comes next. 

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience operating skid steers & excavators
• Familiarity with Jarraff or comparable arborist equipment
• Safety-minded, reliable, and steady under pressure

Minimum requirements to work for us include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record that meets insurance standards
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Positive, “can do” attitude
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
• Willing to travel.
